You will support the Americas Project Management Organization by managing the IT project onboarding and demand process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project intake and demand process, ensuring all submissions meet governance standards for review and approval.
• Oversee the prioritization of Tier 1 initiatives and perform quality assurance on all submitted project intake data.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to manage the demand budget review and approval process for all approved projects.
• Document and communicate risks, assumptions, and dependencies through appropriate governance channels and RACI models.
• Develop process flow charts, training materials, and PowerPoint presentations for senior management and stakeholder updates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in a Project Manager or Business Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to create process workflows and documentation using Visio.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business services and corporate functions.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
