You will manage end-to-end development projects and lead digital transformation initiatives within the real estate domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives specifically within the Real Estate sector.
• Act as the voice of the customer by simulating customer activities and requirements.
• Apply project management methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing development projects.
• 5+ years of experience leading digital transformations.
• 10+ years of project management or business analyst experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum.
• Familiarity with standard software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Real Estate Commercial Mortgage Lending.
