Description

You will manage software design reviews, vendor deliverables, and technical requirement conformity for state-level projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve vendor deliverables, including UAT completion documents and requirement conformity certificates, against client guidelines.
• Perform technical verification of proposed designs, use cases, and documentation before code development begins.
• Maintain the project plan and track task progress by collaborating with subject matter experts, vendors, and functional users.
• Coordinate interface-related testing with external agencies including SSA, IRS, and DHR.
• Manage production support by triaging issues, correcting data, and managing user privileges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience performing technical design reviews and verifying software use cases.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and ensure conformity to requirements.
• Experience coordinating complex interface testing with federal or state agencies (SSA, IRS, DHR).
• Background in triaging production support issues and managing data corrections.
• Ability to manage project schedules and maintain detailed project plans.
• Experience supporting regulatory or federal audits by providing necessary documentation.
