Description

You will manage iterative delivery processes and facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate iterative delivery ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles impeding the delivery process and coordinate dependencies with scrum masters and portfolio coordinators.
• Align teams and stakeholders on delivery approaches and ensure clear, concise communication across all channels.
• Document workshop discussions, automation tool environments, and playback session reports.
• Analyze data, benchmark against industry trends, and prepare recommendation reports.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Deep understanding of iterative delivery methodologies and process validation.
• Experience managing team dynamics through forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning stages.
• Ability to document complex automation tool environments and technical workshop data.
• Experience working closely with business customers and technical teams to define tool requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and preparing benchmark reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to resolve product decisions and team issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting automation tool consultants in assessment report preparation.
