Description

Key Requirements

• Manage project execution, costs, schedules, subcontractors, and project completion.
• Lead preconstruction, OAC meetings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change-related activities.
• Negotiate with subcontractors/suppliers and manage pay applications and monthly billing.
• Maintain project budgets, financial reporting, and profitability.
• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, superintendents, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits, resolve project issues, and ensure timely closeout.
• Mentor APMs/junior staff and provide strong client communication.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Science or equivalent experience required
