Description

Manage project execution, costs, schedules, and subcontractors from preconstruction through closeout.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction, OAC meetings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change-related activities.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers while managing pay applications and monthly billing.
• Maintain project budgets, financial reporting, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, superintendents, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure timely closeout.
• Mentor APMs and junior staff while maintaining strong client communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience leading preconstruction activities and managing subcontractors.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and budget management.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage pay applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or equivalent experience.
• Effective communication skills for client and team coordination.
