Description

Lead end-to-end mobile banking project delivery on the Salesforce platform, from planning through execution and release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify risks, impediments, and dependencies, creating mitigation strategies for continuity.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Enforce quality standards, oversee UAT, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Ensure mobile banking enhancements deliver secure, intuitive, and engaging customer experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in digital banking, fintech, or enterprise mobile applications.
• Minimum 2 years managing projects specifically on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of digital banking products, transaction flows, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with secure authentication methods like OAuth and SSO.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator experience.
