Description

You will manage the execution of large-scale technology and ERP transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Drive execution of deliverables across multiple worksstreams (e.g., CLM, S2P, Finance).
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate status meetings, prepare executive reporting, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate integration activities across platforms.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in scheduling or project controls on large-scale technology or ERP programs.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Project and JIRA.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, WBS structure, and CPM.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS).
  • Experience working within hybrid waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies.
  • Ability to review technical plans and translate them into schedule components.
  • Experience collaborating with Program Managers, Engineers, and Developers.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
