Description

You will manage large-scale technology projects, translating requirements into system specifications and leading cross-functional teams through design, development, and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed system specifications and technology solutions.
• Lead project execution using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with software development life cycle models.
• Develop custom reports and manage data modeling using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint tools.
• Provide credible leadership to technology teams, balancing business strategy with technical depth.
• Coordinate with customers and team members to analyze, design, and implement solutions effectively.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of experience managing large projects.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or VITA certified Project Management certification (no other certifications qualify).
• Expert knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio), and SharePoint.
• Strong background in data modeling, interface management, and creating custom reports using IT application tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement technology solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Scrum Master certification.
• 3+ years of experience balancing business and technical backgrounds for technology team leadership.
