Description

Manage project planning, infrastructure capacity transfers, and cross-functional execution for multiple technical initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and scoping with program managers and technical leads.
• Develop schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks, and maintain execution throughout partner programs.
• Track infrastructure capacity transfers and manage the allocation of new and pending capacity requests.
• Communicate project statuses and maintain current documentation for leadership review.
• Execute operational runbooks with software and operational engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Project or Program management experience.
• Experience with SDLC and software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Infrastructure management experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database systems such as MySQL and CRUD.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with analytical tools like Tableau and Unidash.
