Description

Manage internal merchandising processes, promotional display development, and cross-functional delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project data in the Accolade system, ensuring accurate tracking of deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor project status to ensure tasks are assigned and moving forward according to schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure key deliverables and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage project financials, including P&Ls and spec packets, against milestones and targets.
• Prepare documentation for Governance meetings to secure project approvals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Sales, or Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing project timelines and financial tracking.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the Accolade project management system.
• Experience in merchandising or promotional display development.
