Description

You will lead full life-cycle Agile projects to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through implementation using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedules, costs, and communication strategies.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve technical, tactical, and operational risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business partners and vendors to negotiate requirements and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and deliver status reports regarding objectives, deliverables, and risks to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management and Agile leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, specifically SAFe and Scrum processes.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in IT resource allocation and fiscal management of vendor delivery.
• Strong change management and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to lead, guide, and coach professional staff.
• Experience managing regulatory requirement initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills with executive presence.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification or Scrum Master certification.
