Description

You will manage the migration of legacy SiteMinder platforms to modern authentication systems like Ping and Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish and update program-level schedules using actuals and forecasts to manage deviations.
• Drive application owners through the migration process to ensure all objectives are met.
• Manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate unresolved issues daily.
• Define technical specifications and detailed implementation plans in collaboration with peers.
• Provide weekly status reporting and daily progress updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical and security project management.
• Proven track record of program-level schedule development and delivering objectives on time and within budget.
• Experience leading large corporate technical projects.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups, including technical, product, business, and vendor teams.
• Strong ability to anticipate and manage project risks with full transparency.
• Demonstrated skills in documentation, conflict resolution, and team delegation.
• Ability to work independently to manage complex business and technology requirements.
