Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Must have 5+ years of project management experience.
• You should have 3+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Holding PMP, Scrum Master, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications is preferable.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse is desirable.
• Ability to communicate technical AI concepts effectively to business and leadership stakeholders
