Description

You will manage and coordinate internal and external staff across multiple IT projects of varying complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Develop and maintain project plans and artifacts using established standards, procedures, and templates.
• Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project and project management experience overseeing diverse project sizes and subjects.
• Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile coach for implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning.
• Experience implementing Agile principles to optimize efficiency and adaptability.
• Ability to coach and guide project teams in an agile manner.
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
