You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects and enhancements across Rates, XVA, FX Desks, E-trading, and F2B Trade Support.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to production go-live, authoring Project Initiation Documents, Business Requirements Documents, and status reports.
• Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, managing resource planning, risk mitigation, and impediment removal.
• Facilitate project routines including kick-offs, reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Manage front-to-back UAT by coordinating between users and developers to ensure quality and timeline compliance.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership regarding delivery schedules, risks, and quantified business impacts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in bank capital markets as a Project Manager, specifically with Front, Middle, or Back Office system implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Rates and FX products, including Swaptions, Cross Currency IRS, OIS, FRA, Deliverable Forwards, FX Options, NDFs, and Swap/Invoice Spreads.
• Experience with Fixed Income products including Treasuries (Bills, Notes, Bonds), Credit (IG, HY, EM), and Agency Discount Notes.
• Working knowledge of OTC market operations: Compression, Initial Margin Optimization, and Clearing (CME, JSCC, LCH, ICE).
• Understanding of the F2B trade lifecycle from execution (SEF/Off-SEF) through affirmation, risk capture, and settlement.
• Experience with trade support functions: booking, affirmation, clearing, and lifecycle events like allocations and novations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SIMM IM vs Cleared IM, Risk Weighted Assets, MPOR, Delta, and Present Values.
