Description

Manage projects and supervise junior developers and staff within a global reference data environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery and supervise junior team members.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Oversee Security Master and global data workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage data source integration.
• Partner directly with the Head of Reference Data to align technical output with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Extensive experience with Reference Data and Security Master domains.
• Deep knowledge of asset classes including equities, fixed income, and cash equivalents.
• Practical experience with Bloomberg and Markit platforms.
• Ability to track data lineage, source origins, and data manipulation requirements.
• Proven experience writing clear technical specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a global environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing vendor sources and global data attributes.
