Description

You will lead strategic initiatives and project execution within the wealth management and broker-dealer space.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closing of wealth management or broker-dealer projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with business goals.
• Develop and track detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring appropriate mitigation or escalation.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in wealth management, broker-dealer, or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management processes, investment products, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements including FINRA and SEC.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
• Agile methodologies or certifications.
