Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of risk and security projects in financial services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles with detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee implementation of NIST and GLBA security frameworks for compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, security, and risk management.
• Build PowerBI dashboards to track progress, security metrics, and compliance.
• Lead audit preparations and maintain regulatory documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Deep knowledge of NIST and GLBA security frameworks.
• Experience managing SOX, data privacy, and financial risk compliance projects.
• Proficiency with PowerBI for KPI reporting.
• Hands-on understanding of encryption, firewalls, and SIEM tools.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• CRISC, CISSP, or CISM certifications.
• Experience with AWS and Azure environments.
