You will manage IT security and infrastructure projects while maintaining organizational security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams and interface directly with client leadership.
• Oversee project lifecycles within IT security and infrastructure domains.
• Maintain IT security policies, processes, and guidance.
• Apply the NIST Cybersecurity Framework to project workflows and security controls.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 10+ years of technical experience in IT Security and Infrastructure.
• 10+ years of experience maintaining IT security policies and processes.
• Practical understanding of incident response and cyber threats.
• Experience with insider threat investigations and forensics.
• Strong leadership experience managing small teams.
• Knowledge of information security principles.
• Experience applying the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects in a Midtown Parkway, Troy, MI, USA location.
