Description

You will manage project lifecycles by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables while maintaining strict schedules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure all tasks meet established deadlines.
• Coordinate task assignments and monitor progress with project managers and team members.
• Track project expenses and manage budgets to prevent overages.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT, Facilities, Logistics, and Support teams to meet requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables.
• Data analysis experience using Excel datasets.
• Ability to communicate project status updates and escalate conflicts to senior management.
• Experience in risk assessment and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
