Description

You will manage projects from initiation through delivery, overseeing planning, budgets, and schedules for cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and marketing.
• Provide detailed status updates to stakeholders, requiring an understanding of software, firmware, mechanical, electrical, and hardware engineering practices.
• Forecast Operating and Capital expenses and monitor performance monthly and quarterly.
• Communicate project progress and risks effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in engineering or new product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in Product Development processes.
• Experience with Jira and Jama.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Experience with stage-gate product development.
