Description

You will manage the migration of HR, Payroll, and Financials from Oracle PeopleSoft to Workday for the City of Milwaukee. You coordinate between internal departments and the implementation vendor to ensure accurate configuration and timely delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with city departments to capture and document as-is business processes and requirements.
• Facilitate team meetings with clear agendas to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Manage incoming requests from stakeholders, ensuring efficient responses and organized documentation.
• Identify, assess, and propose solutions to project risks to avoid implementation issues.

Required Skills

• PMP Certification required at time of submission.
• 2 years’ experience in Workday implementation.
• 2 years’ experience with Workday Time Tracking.
• 3 years’ experience coordinating with employees and external vendor resources.
• 3 years’ experience scheduling and facilitating meetings to drive project goals.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years’ experience planning and documenting project tasks based on project goals.
• 2 years’ experience developing activity and resource planning based on the Statement of Work.
