Description

You will lead end-to-end management of application development projects, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will define project requirements and deliverables by collaborating with developers, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively mitigating challenges and communicating solutions.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks to support application development.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing software/application development projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks.
• Familiarity with AI development tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
