Description

You will manage the Next Generation Formula Optimization (Aramis) project, coordinating daily activities, resource planning, and stakeholder communication for a global factory and HQ deployment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, setting milestone targets, assigning tasks, and enforcing deadlines.
• Track scope, time, quality, cost, and risk, proactively escalating issues to keep the project on schedule.
• Monitor KPIs and generate status reports, conducting root cause analysis when targets are missed.
• Facilitate software testing and deployment of releases from third-party vendors.
• Manage project budgets by tracking cost projections against actuals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a project manager or coordinator role for large-scale projects.
• 3+ years of experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC or Agile/Lean methodologies.
• 1+ years of experience planning and coordinating training and testing schedules.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and facilitate technical discussions in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with resource planning and conflict resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Background in manufacturing or factory automation implementations.
