Description

You will drive mobile projects end-to-end, coordinating development, UX, QA, and product teams to deliver native iOS and Android applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the mobile development lifecycle.
• Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and Jira board maintenance.
• Own the process for app store submissions.
• Coordinate with UX, QA, and product stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Apply Agile methodologies to streamline development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Experience with Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Expertise using Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Figma, Firebase, Git, and Jenkins.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React Native or Flutter.
• Background in FinTech, HealthTech, or eComm sectors.
