Description

You will manage IT project activities and deliverables in coordination with the State Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules using prescribed tools to track dependencies, milestones, resources, and task completion.
• Produce weekly status reports and ensure data accuracy within the State’s Salesforce Project Management Tool.
• Organize and archive project artifacts within the designated document repository using EPMO templates.
• Lead regular status meetings, manage agendas, and document action items, issues, and decisions.
• Manage project changes by reviewing impacts on scope, schedule, budget, and risk with governance committees.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience working on an Agile/Scrum team.
• Experience facilitating testing processes.
• Experience with EPMO or ADS EPMO frameworks.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a self-directed manner.
• Proficiency in managing project artifacts and documentation.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Montpelier, VT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Product Owner within an Agile framework.
• Experience implementing Unemployment Insurance Systems.
• Familiarity with technologies associated with the specific project scope.
