Project Manager

Lead the creation, execution, and enterprise-wide deployment of roles within the Enterprise Architecture team.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for firmwide rollouts, including timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to achieve key deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to secure buy-in for implementation plans.
• Facilitate weekly meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives to monitor progress.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• Background in the Financial Services sector and working within regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Strong skills in change management, impact assessment, and business process improvement.
• Ability to navigate complex processes and drive continual improvement.
• Proven track record of building consensus and driving progress across organizations.
• Clear, concise communication skills for managing senior stakeholders across technical depths.
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of software architecture tools, trends, and patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud and Infrastructure projects.
