Description

Manage program governance, JIRA Kanban boards, and cross-functional coordination for IT security projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program demand planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for critical change activities.
• Manage JIRA Kanban boards, monthly team retrospectives, and regular status reporting on risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with department leads to ensure dependent activities are aligned within larger program structures.
• Create audit-ready deliverables and translate high-level governance requirements into actionable steps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing IT security projects and virtual teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
• Strong understanding of PMO governance standards, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to multi-task, solve complex problems, and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with indirect management of distributed teams.
