Description

You will lead industrial improvement projects from initiation to delivery within the manufacturing department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies.
• Define project scope, monitor key milestones, and track progress against the schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage full project budgets up to $1 million and provide financial business cases for investments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and resource managers to execute projects effectively.
• Assess and manage the investment and replacement of obsolete machinery and equipment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Agile project management frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets up to $1 million.
• Experience with problem-solving techniques and process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
