You will drive the delivery of high-impact programs and projects within the portfolio, balancing strategic oversight with tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority programs to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and risk control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and drive deliverables.
• Monitor project interdependencies and facilitate the resolution of conflicts to keep initiatives on track.
• Track project financials, including budget forecasting and adherence.
• Ensure all programs adhere to governance standards, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and reports for senior leadership regarding project progress.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, reporting standards, and risk management.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across different functions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage diverse portfolios.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure situations with exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree.
