Description

You will manage capital investment projects and new product introductions (NPI) from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects using established systems, tools, and processes.
• Manage capital investment projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Utilize MS Project for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Employ Obeya principles to drive collaboration and transparency.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles.
• Experience managing capital investment projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Knowledge of Obeya principles for project management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
