Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for complex Java-based products.
• Implement and maintain Scrum framework processes across development teams.
• Coordinate with technical stakeholders to resolve blockers and track progress.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct experience in project or delivery management.
• 12+ years of total experience in the IT field.
• Proven experience managing large projects, specifically in Java-based product development.
• Strong technical background with ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Demonstrable experience applying the Scrum framework in practice.
• PMP or CSM certification required.
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or IIT degree with 70% or above score.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cloud-based product projects.
