Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Agile projects across large teams or enterprises.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices.
• Scale Agile practices to improve team efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments.
• Ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of working experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and scaling practices.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and management.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Experience using TeamCity for CI/CD processes.
• Experience using Gitlab for version control and repository management.
• Strong ability to remove impediments and facilitate cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects within enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven track record of coaching teams on Agile best practices.
