Lead business transformation and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise-level programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of business operations to identify transformation and optimization opportunities.
• Drive digital transformation programs to redesign and modernize business processes.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including charter creation, planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Develop strong business cases linking operational improvements to measurable cost savings and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks to track financial and operational benefits of implemented changes.

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of experience in Project Management and Business Transformation.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operational improvement or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and enterprise-level change initiatives.
• Ability to define and execute structured transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
• Expertise in process optimization, cost-efficiency initiatives, and eliminating non-value-added activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
