Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise communication projects across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables to align with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and assign tasks.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage client communications and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in telecom, IT services, or SaaS.
• Experience managing communication platforms including SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp API.
• Understanding of telecom protocols and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
