You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of organizational projects in Nashville, Tennessee.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams through execution, monitoring milestones and adherence to timelines.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Experience in Risk Management.
• Experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
