You will manage enterprise-level IT projects within a matrixed environment, driving results through ambiguity and complex organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution by taking ownership of tasks and ensuring delivery to business partners.
• Develop executive-level communications and provide concise status updates to senior management.
• Navigate political corporate structures and team dynamics to produce actionable output from vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT members, and external vendors to design and implement projects.
• Scope projects and manage both planned and unplanned activities to ensure consistent value delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or systematic analysis of business/information systems.
• Functional knowledge of traditional Project Management and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing infrastructure, application development, mobile technology, or software implementation projects.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger departmental team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience as defined by substitution rules.

Preferred Skills

• PMP and/or Agile certifications.
• ITIL experience.
