You will own the direction and management of end-user computing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-user computing operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement improvement plans, policies, and procedures for end-user computing services.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of end-user computing infrastructure (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and SLAs for end-user computing services, implementing corrective actions.
• Own governance with the customer SPOC and ensure compliance to the contracted statement of work.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of infrastructure operations experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing end-user computing operations.
• Expertise with the Microsoft Stack (AD, Wintel, etc.).
• Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
