Description

You will lead Agile teams, manage cybersecurity projects, and ensure successful delivery of dashboard solutions through effective facilitation, stakeholder communication, and metrics tracking.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and maintain schedules for dashboard delivery.
• Coach teams on Agile principles to foster autonomy and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the liaison between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage Jira for sprint tracking, burndown charts, velocity, and dashboard reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint management and Agile metrics.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading Cybersecurity projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with data analytics tools like PBI or Tableau.
• Background in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS).
