Description

You will manage IT vendor relationships, complex system enhancements, and full project lifecycles from planning through release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor system performance, service levels, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate system enhancements, changes, and release schedules.
• Oversee testing activities, including UAT, load testing, and disaster recovery.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508).

Required Skills

• PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing IT vendors and complex systems.
• Knowledge of SLA management and contract management.
• Understanding of IT governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with UAT, load testing, and disaster recovery testing.
• Familiarity with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years tenure in current or similar roles.
