Enforce and drive adoption of the CHFS OATS methodology across all cabinet divisions.
Responsibilities
- Mentor project managers on specific tools, techniques, and project standards.
- Define, refine, and track KPIs to measure project and program performance.
- Conduct audits for projects breaching KPI variances and oversee remedial actions.
- Develop dashboards, documentation, and ad-hoc reports for executive review.
- Perform data analytics to establish benchmarks and enhance project processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Professional Project Management Certification.
- Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and developing talent within project streams.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods including Waterfall and Agile.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and present ideas to secure stakeholder buy-in.
- General understanding of application programming, database, and system design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Experience working in high-level collaborative environments and managing teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
Preferred Skills
- Agile certification from an accredited institution.
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking to predict and mitigate project challenges.
