Description

Enforce and drive adoption of the CHFS OATS methodology across all cabinet divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor project managers on specific tools, techniques, and project standards.
  • Define, refine, and track KPIs to measure project and program performance.
  • Conduct audits for projects breaching KPI variances and oversee remedial actions.
  • Develop dashboards, documentation, and ad-hoc reports for executive review.
  • Perform data analytics to establish benchmarks and enhance project processes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Professional Project Management Certification.
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and developing talent within project streams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and present ideas to secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • General understanding of application programming, database, and system design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working in high-level collaborative environments and managing teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree, preferably in an IT-related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Agile certification from an accredited institution.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking to predict and mitigate project challenges.
