Description

You will manage project lifecycles by coordinating technical and non-technical activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and FAQs.
• Configure and operate within Azure DevOps (ADO) for workflow tracking and collaboration.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
• Triage and respond to communications and sensitive information professionally.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management.
• 2+ years proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for workflow support.
• 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years in process development and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Visio.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical project integration.
