Description

You own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for tooling and industrial equipment initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tooling and equipment projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and suppliers.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment while ensuring safety compliance.
• Track project costs, prepare status reports, and drive continuous improvement in execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven expertise in tooling and industrial equipment procurement and installation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment specifications.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
