Description

You will manage end-to-end M&A projects within the investment banking and asset management sectors.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A projects from inception through execution.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and strategy teams.
• Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
• Provide strategic advisory support regarding M&A transactions.
• Communicate project status and requirements to senior stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in project management, M&A advisory, corporate development, or financial services consulting.
• Direct experience in investment banking and asset management.
• Deep understanding of M&A processes, deal structuring, and integration planning.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and leadership.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in New York City.
