Description

You will manage strategic merchant onboarding projects and drive the launch team's execution and communication workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute merchant onboarding strategies to improve time-to-value and process efficiency.
• Implement programs across product, process, and people to meet strategic objectives.
• Perform quality assurance testing on ordering sites to ensure full functionality before launch.
• Develop merchant training materials and train staff on platform usage and integrations.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase merchant adoption and revenue.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in project management or account management.
• Proven track record of leading business opportunities measured by adoption rates.
• Experience driving process improvements and enabling stakeholders through change management.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with individual contributors and multiple departments.
• Excellent internal and external presentation skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timely task completion.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
