Description

You will manage project delivery across technical and operational teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of PMO standards, processes, tools, and training initiatives.
• Ensure accurate reporting of milestones, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and costs.
• Monitor and track project progress to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide financial support including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Operations, IT, finance, and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting project monitoring, tracking, and facilitation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for evaluating costs and forecasts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting IT and/or Cybersecurity projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle iProcurement, iSupplier, or BI.
• Experience with contract administration.
