Description

You will manage investment banking projects focused on capital markets and regulatory compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving stocks, bonds, preferred shares, and ETFs.
• Oversee initiatives related to debt, equity, derivative, and hybrid securities.
• Coordinate workflows for credit risk and market risk processes.
• Direct projects focused on regulatory reporting and capital markets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets, specifically trading, stocks, and bonds.
• Expertise in Debt, Equity, Derivative, and Hybrid securities.
• Strong understanding of Risk Processes, including Credit Risk and Market Risk.
• Experience managing regulatory reporting requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
