Description

You will manage IT projects within Capital Markets environments, focusing on risk management workflows and data integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira boards, dashboards, and Confluence pages to track project progress.
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Create and track project KPIs using Excel reporting.
• Oversee ETL and data warehouse implementation workflows.
• Coordinate technical delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Institutions specifically within Capital Markets.
• Direct experience with Market Risk concepts and processes.
• Knowledge of Financial and Derivatives related Risk concepts, including Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk.
• Working knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• Understanding of Java, REST, Swagger, Load, and API.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on practical knowledge of Market Risk processes.
• Deep understanding of Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk.
