Description

You will lead software development and system integration initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and phase documentation, covering resource management, cost management, test plans, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate the collection and management of business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish communication cadences and with development managers to plan work scope, resource allocation, and schedules.
• Adhere to governance controls including RACI cards, traceability matrices, and toll gate reviews.
• Manage third-party vendors, including requirements specification and delivery management.

Required Skills

• At least 7 years of experience as a project manager within the financial services or banking industry.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and reporting project financials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office.
• PMI-ACP or PMP credential.
• Experience delivering software development and system integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
